Any homemade recipes etc? I want to know another way to whiten teeth besides using Crest whitening strips and going to the dentist. Thanks for your suggestions.

I hear people like the crest white strips…but I personally think the dentist way is far more effective if you can see the dentist get Zoom

My dentist told me the over the counter stuff works just as well you can try a whitening tooth past or you can spend $40-$100 for the lil kit you wear over night and do it.he told me you get the same results! Good Luck

Well you could always just stop eating/drinking things that stain your teeth like coffee, cigs, and things like that. And just brush your teeth really well twice a day. But if your teeth are really bad i recomend you do it like 3 times a day.

Klear Whitening System. Its about 40.00 dollars. It works in 20 processes. But it made my teeth 6 shades whiter. It was the only thing that worked for me.

brush your teeth after every meal…floss daily…and you can rinse with regular peroxide ( the ingredient in those ” white strips ” ) once a day….but, spit it out …don’t swallow…..and, rinse your mouth with clean water after wards……

    mint wash
    some very strong toothpaste
    electric toothbrush
rinse your mouth with vodka every day for 5 min- i do it and it works, except your mouth will be very numb for a few min but it works (and please don’t drink it becuase that would be nasty)

There are a couple things you can do that have worked for me.
Avoid dark pops & coffee drinks- both stain your teeth.
If you don’t want to use the Crest White Strips– which do work…
I use a Listerine Whitening Mouthwash that doesn’t come with the same side effects (i.e. sensitive gums) as the white strips.
Be careful no matter what you do– the enamel on your teeth is super sensitive!

my uncle whom is 70 always dipped his toothbrush in peroxide gave it a shake, then dipped it in to baking soda.always rinse well with warm water. his teeth are white (and he does drink coffee and soda) and in 70 years he has had 1 cavity and still has all his own teeth.
have to watch those whiting stripes they can make teeth sensitive
