Umm… my doctor ones told me .. to rub the pit of an orange on my teeth , just peal the orange and use the white thing on the oranges skin , the doctor said it has so many vitamins in them , they made my teeth whiter and stronger hope i helped , ow and dont panic in the bigging ur teeth will be pure yellow =P just wash ur mouth and ur fine ! do that for a few times in a onth and see … =D
